Perform the required task(s).
Mark it complete once performed.
Inform Concerned
Room status can be changed by house keeping staff(s) to alert the concerned authorities without any complications; letting the front desk and management take actions on time.
Room status can be changed to
Maintenance Mode
Mark room dirty.
